We are currently looking for an Office Clerk for our Order Department.


Responsibilities:

Review and analyze orders

Verify and calculate labour costs

Send orders to various suppliers

Process order receipts in the system

Manage and analyze accounts payable invoices

File and organize documents

Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset


Qualifications:

Bilingual (French and English, both spoken and written) – working with both French- and English-speaking suppliers

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to work independently

Resourceful and proactive

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Good computer skills


The current role will be reviewed and restructured. The successful candidate must be comfortable organizing files digitally in order to streamline tasks and reduce paperwork.

Salary:

$26.00 to $32.00 per hour

Office clerk (orders): 2 years (preferred)
