Tasks :

· Answer the phone at extension 100.

· Reply to the email in the main inbox.

· Prepare the deposits.

· Perform invoicing and enter seller commission percentages.

· Send invoices when the work is completed (company, contractor or other file with payment terms other than upon installation).

· Handle after-sales service requests with suppliers.

· Make return requests to suppliers.

· Assist at the counter with parts, material pickup and payment collection.

· Make installation team schedules and cancellations as needed.

· Take care of the reception of contracts following installation for management until the very end or redistribute to the correct department.

· Perform related administrative tasks.

· Ensure customer follow-ups according to the different stages of service.

· Work in harmony with other departments.


Qualifications :

- French and English, spoken and written. (French- and English-speaking clients)

-Sense of organization and priorities.

-Good listener and customer service oriented.

-Autonomy.

-Resourcefulness.

-Analytical skills and ability to find solutions.

-Good computer skills.


**The candidate must be willing to work 40 hours/week with the possibility of overtime if needed**


This is a pivotal position within the company, so the position could be reviewed and reorganized if necessary. The person taking the position must be able to organize files electronically in order to reduce the tasks and the amount of paperwork in circulation.


Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
