Tasks :

· Welcome customers

· Filter and transfer incoming calls to extension 100.

· Reply to the email in the main inbox.

· Assist at the counter with parts, material pickup and payment collection.

· Prepare clear documents when receiving calls or emails in order to transmit information clearly to the correct department.

· Perform related administrative tasks.

· Work in harmony with other departments.

Qualifications :

- French and English, spoken and written.

-Sense of organization and priorities.

-Good listener and customer service oriented.

-Autonomy.

-Resourcefulness.

-Analytical skills and ability to find solutions.

-Good computer skills.

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: minimum 40 per week
